Survival Flight is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our air medical team in Alva, Oklahoma. This role supports our rapid medical transport operations, with full-time and part-time opportunities and a focus on patient care and safety.

Candidates must hold an Oklahoma RN license with at least three years of ER or ICU experience and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS certifications. CFRN or CEN is a plus. We offer competitive benefits and a strong commitment to safety.
