Survival Flight Inc. is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses for its Altus, Oklahoma air medical operations.

This role supports rapid access to critical care in a demanding environment, with growth opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules. Candidates must have Oklahoma RN licensure and at least 3 years of ER or ICU experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and be able to meet a 230-pound weight limit for transport.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN with at least 3 years of experience working full-time in a busy ER or ICU.
• BP and airway management in high-stress environments.
• Ability to meet a maximum 230-pound weight limit for patient transport.
