Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert critical care to patients during air transport.
• Collaborate effectively with flight teams and healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with company protocols and safety regulations.

Skills

Critical care experience

Effective interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills

Education

Active RN license

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

CFRN certification within 24 months of hire
