IMMEDIATE HIRING! Flight NURSE Opportunity

We’re hiring a Flight Nurse to work with our team of air transportation experts to safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, as well as scene call work. Safety, effective, and efficient patient care are key pillars of our services. You’ll be part of a professional team committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
2. Utilize critical thinking skills to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians’ orders.
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment; conduct regular equipment and base checks; comply with safety standards and briefings.
4. Communicate effectively and professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
5. Share shift change information with the transitioning team and follow protocols to maintain accurate documentation and records.
6. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.

Other Responsibilities:

• Be punctual, reliable, professional, and uphold our high standards in safety and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification in required states.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight status (NRP certification provided during New Hire Training).
• Trauma Certification where required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior flight experience.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.

Other Qualifications:

• Obtain advanced certifications (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
