Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure FME, supervisors, schedulers and trainers comply with policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with Director TOMC to drive reliability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate FAK inventory and tooling on each aircraft.
• Direct FME scheduler/assistant for correct personnel assignments.
• Coordinate with FME Supervisor to evaluate performance.
• Ensure formal training and OJT are accomplished.
