Lynden Air Cargo is seeking an experienced Flight Loadmaster to support operations aboard the Hercules C-130 L382G, delivering critical cargo across Alaska, the U.S., and worldwide.

The role involves hands-on work with the aircraft, calculating weight and balance, coordinating loading with ground crews, and ensuring safety and efficiency in cargo operations. Travel to remote locations and a mission-driven team environment are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance materials; write routine reports and basic correspondence.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; flexible schedules and long durations away from home.

Responsabilités

• Perform all work in compliance with Lynden Air Cargo policies, Loadmaster Manual, and CFRs.
• Prepare aircraft for loading and unloading; ensure cargo is handled safely and efficiently.
• Calculate and maintain proper weight and balance within safe operating limits.
• Coordinate and direct loading/unloading with ground personnel for scheduled operations.
• Oversee cargo operations, supervising routine loading and off-loading of freight.
• Remain alert and operate in a safe, professional manner at all times.
