Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Flight Line Technician to support safe and efficient ground operations at Horseshoe Bay Resort Jet Center in Texas. You will fuel aircraft, marshal, tow, and service aircraft while upholding aviation safety standards and delivering professional service to pilots and passengers.

Responsibilities include ground handling, customer communication, and maintaining a safe ramp environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• 21+ years old.
• Professional appearance per uniform standards.
• Aviation or ramp experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete required training.

• Safely fuel fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft following quality and safety standards.
• Load and unload fuel per safety, environmental and oper­ational procedures.
• Tow, position, secure, and service aircraft using approved ground support equipment.
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures with proper signals.
• Open and close FBO facilities per procedures.
• Provide support services including ground power, engine start, and lavatory servicing.
• Maintain a clean, safe ramp environment.
• Communicate professionally with pilots, passengers, vendors, and team members.
• Coordinate with line service and customer service personnel.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer needs while prioritizing safety.

Job Summary

The Flight Line Technician supports safe and efficient ground operations at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Jet Center. Responsibilities include aircraft fueling, ground handling, ramp operations, and customer service, while adhering to aviation safety standards and delivering professional service to pilots, passengers, and partners.

Essential Functions

Aircraft & Ground Operations

• Safely fuel fixed‑wing and rotor‑wing aircraft in compliance with fuel quality control standards.
• Load and unload fuel following all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Tow, position, secure, and service aircraft using approved ground support equipment.
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using proper signals and equipment.
• Open and close FBO facilities per established procedures.
• Provide support services, including ground power, engine start assistance, and lavatory servicing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ramp environment.

Customer Service & Communication

• Communicate professionally with pilots, passengers, vendors, and team members.
• Coordinate with line service and customer service personnel.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer needs while prioritizing safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
