Job summary

Bastion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician - Receiving Inspection to support the space program in Houston, Texas. You will act as the quality gate for flight hardware, inspecting incoming materials and parts before they enter production.

Qualifications

Requires an associate's degree or equivalent.
3+ years of recent related work experience; five years if no degree.
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status due to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving inspection of incoming materials and subcontracted products against drawings, specifications, and AS9100 requirements.
Develop and maintain inspection reports; collate test data and draft quality reports.
Inspect products according to quality and safety standards across all stages of production.
Report quality anomalies and communicate quality, safety, or compliance concerns to stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to quality control processes.
Communicate progress and status to leadership.
Maintain clean, orderly work areas and follow safety regulations.
