Job summary

gategroup is seeking an Equipment Setup employee to assemble beverages, ice, condiments and non-food items for a flight. You will follow procedures and diagrams to prepare equipment for airline service.

Responsibilities include packing, sanitation, inventory documentation, and teamwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8+ hours, and be flexible for weekend/holiday shifts. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to one year of experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assembles equipment according to airline specifications following procedures and assembly diagrams.
• Sorts, wraps, and packs airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications.
• Keeps production areas in compliance with sanitation standards and customer requirements.
• Documents inventory in compliance with company requirements.
• Follows directions and works as a member of a team.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
