Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Flight Dynamics Manager to lead the flight dynamics team responsible for mission design and spacecraft operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, manage team performance, and ensure timely delivery of critical flight dynamics support in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Candidates should have 10+ years in spacecraft flight dynamics and experience managing technical staff. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as expertise in spacecraft subsystems and Python programming.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in spacecraft flight dynamics.
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Advanced degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight dynamics team for multiple spacecraft.
• Manage team staffing and performance evaluations.
• Oversee flight dynamics budget and operational plans.
