Job summary

Ateeca Inc is seeking an engineer to perform and document analysis and design of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems to validate or assess the system design or models. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering is required, with 5-7 years of Flight Controls experience.

The role emphasizes ARP 4754/4761 compliance, system safety analyses (FMEA, FTA, CCA), and verification & validation of flight control systems, using IBM DOORS for requirements management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with System Safety Analysis including FMEA, fault tree analysis, common cause analysis, and single & multiple failure analysis
• 5-7 years of technical experience working with Flight Controls
• Knowledge/Experience with ARP 4754 and ARP 4761
• Experience with flight controls system and component architecture
• Experience in requirements development, design, analysis, and verification & validation of flight control systems
• Experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS
• Experience with manufacturing regulated and certified, safety critical components and software
