Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Aerospace, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of embedded flight control firmware experience with a drone controller.
• Strong STM32 (H7 preferred) skills, both bare-metal and RTOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the flight control firmware and evolve a mature production codebase.
• Lead feature development and stability tuning for RTK and 4G modules.
• Develop and maintain sensor drivers for various sensors.

Multi-sensor fusion knowledge

CAN and RS-485 familiarity
