Job summary

A leading aerospace company is seeking an Assembler Installer for Cable Controlled Systems in Renton, Washington. This position involves reworking and functional checks, using hand tools, and selecting appropriate parts. Candidates must have experience with safety processes and the ability to work at heights. Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and/or hand-held power tools.
• Experience working with safety and quality processes.
• Basic computer experience and competency.
• Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6–8 hours per day.
• Able to perform work at heights up to 50 feet with safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickup, rework, and functional checks on work.
• Set cable tension using a tension meter according to specifications.
• Conduct reaming and riveting as necessary.
• Select appropriate parts, materials, and tools using blueprints.
• Install cable control pulleys and rig control cables.
