Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all catering items loaded onto aircraft for various flights. Play a critical role in maintaining safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Conduct thorough inspections of catering equipment, supplies, and food items to meet requirements and adhere to industry regulations.

You Will
  • Communicate effectively, tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Make timely decisions to keep operations moving.
  • Act with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm to embrace challenges.
  • Comply with HACCP/GMP and dnata sanitation policies.
  • Check meals for accuracy against menu specifications.
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Work in low temperatures (35/40°F) during flight checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers an hourly pay of $20.50, influenced by experience, qualifications, and location.

You Have
  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to obtain a Port Authority Port ID (per TSA regulations, 49 CFR §1542.209).
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Schedule flexibility and a driver’s license.

Physical and Work Environment: Must stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly. Exposed to extreme weather, heights, and loud noise. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
