Your Mission: Deliver Unforgettable Experiences at 45,000 Feet.

As the Flight Attendant on this Gulfstream G700, you'll be the architect of every passenger's journey, ensuring safety, comfort, and exceptional service from takeoff to landing. You'll work closely with a dedicated flight crew, taking ownership of the cabin experience and delivering the kind of quiet, intuitive hospitality that defines Solairus's boutique approach to private aviation.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day.
  • Providing a high level of service to clients—ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout every phase of flight.
  • Directing and assisting passengers in emergencies—you're trained to handle any situation with calm professionalism.
  • Administering basic first aid, including CPR, AED, and first aid, to passengers in distress.
  • Securing the cabin in compliance with federal regulations before take-off and landing.
  • Reassuring passengers during turbulence or other unsettling situations—your presence is a source of calm.
  • Conducting preflight briefings with the flight crew to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensuring that food, beverages, blankets, reading materials, emergency equipment, and other supplies are onboard and sufficient for the trip and number of passengers.
  • Shopping for items specially requested by passengers for their flight—no request is too small.
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each leg—the aircraft must always be prepared for flight.
  • Conducting periodic cabin checks to ensure passenger comfort and cleanliness.
  • Completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operating audio and video systems—you're comfortable with technology.
What You Bring to the Role.
Experience & Training:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant—you've mastered the art of private aviation service.
  • Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar preferred—annual recurrent training is required.
  • Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered based on other qualifications but must attend initial flight attendant training before flight assignment.
  • Preference given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to speak one or more foreign languages fluently preferred.
  • Experience with small children preferred.
Culinary Excellence:

Culinary experience and a passion for food are required—you understand that great food elevates the entire travel experience. Advanced culinary training strongly preferred—you have the skills to create restaurant-quality meals at 45,000 feet.

Personal Qualities:
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations—you understand the regulatory environment.
  • First Aid Training Certification—you're prepared for medical situations.
  • Technologically savvy—you're comfortable with cabin management systems, galley equipment, and all cabin features.
  • Flexibility and patience—you thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.
  • Available to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response if on Standby).
  • Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide (consider health and visa status).
  • Able to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days—you're ready for global missions.
  • Operation of all features of the Cabin Management Systems—you know the aircraft inside and out.
  • Operation of all galley equipment—you're proficient in every aspect of the onboard kitchen.
  • Operation of all cabin features, to include berthing seats and configuring the divan into a bed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills—you connect with people effortlessly.
  • High level of attention to detail—nothing escapes your notice.
Physical Requirements:
  • Seeing: Vision must be correctable to 20/20 or better with glasses or contact lenses. Uncorrected vision should be no worse than 20/20. Must be able to read reports, charts, manage post-flight paperwork, and use a computer, smartphone, and/or iPad device.
  • Hearing/Speaking: Must be able to speak clearly. Must have adequate hearing to communicate effectively over the phone and in person with clients, co-workers, and pilots, even when the aircraft is in flight.
  • Standing/Walking: Must be physically capable and strong enough to walk and stand without assistance. Must be able to stand for up to 14 hours with limited ability to sit. Must be able to work long hours in various climates.
  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling/Bending: Must be able to kneel in the luggage compartment to load trip supplies and luggage. Must maneuver in tight confinements within the aircraft.
  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling/Strength: Must be able to push open/pull closed the main cabin door, which weighs up to 130 pounds. Must be able to write, type, use a computer and a phone, and prepare/cook and serve food and beverages. Must be able to lift supplies weighing approximately 25 to 30 pounds, from floor level to waist high repeatedly.

Salary Information.

Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Solairus crewmembers are paid $50,000 to $500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
