This isn't your typical flying role. You'll be entrusted with delivering a safe, seamless, and deeply discreet onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests. If you take pride in anticipating needs before they're spoken, handle pressure with grace, and approach every flight with a commitment to excellence, this could be the career-defining opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of HP's Aviation Department, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the world's leading technology companies. Every flight is an opportunity to showcase your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for passenger comfort.

Safety & Compliance – Your First Priority

Ensuring the safety and well-being of every person onboard, in full alignment with FAA regulations and HP policies. Leading pre-flight safety briefings and making sure all procedures are followed without exception. Keeping the cabin ready, emergency equipment accessible, and safety documentation current. Responding to unexpected situations or emergencies with a calm, clear, and effective presence.

Cabin Operations – The Details Matter

Preparing the aircraft cabin before each flight so that everything is spotless, organized, and guest-ready. Managing inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to match passenger preferences—down to the smallest detail. Coordinating catering orders and provisioning to accommodate specific dietary needs and tastes. Maintaining consistently high presentation standards for food, beverages, and the entire cabin environment.

Passenger Experience – Where You Shine

Delivering warm, personalized, and genuinely exceptional service to HP executives and their guests. Anticipating needs and preferences with quiet efficiency and absolute discretion. Creating a welcoming, comfortable, and professional in-flight atmosphere from start to finish. Handling confidential information with the highest level of integrity—what happens on the flight stays with you.

Team Coordination – No One Flies Alone

Working closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams to ensure smooth operations. Helping turn around flights efficiently between legs. Communicating clearly about special requests, schedule changes, or operational needs.

Administrative & Operational Support – Behind the Scenes

Keeping accurate records of catering orders, flight logs, and inventory levels. Assisting with trip planning, including navigating international travel requirements when needed. Following corporate policies and aviation best practices at all times.
