Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate clearly on the production floor.
• Ability to work part-time hours and select available shifts through the FlexWork scheduling process.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering material to appropriate locations, ensuring right part, right place, right time, in the right quantity and quality.
• Order, pick, kit, receive, load, unload and put away material.
• Use Caterpillar systems to document material movement and transactions.
• Identify and report material movement discrepancies and suggest solutions.
• Support material handling initiatives and daily activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety requirements and quality standards.
