Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a FlexWork Material Handler in Minnesota to support production with safe, timely delivery of materials across locations. You will use various handling equipment to move parts and ensure accuracy in documentation and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work part-time hours and select available shifts through the FlexWork scheduling process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver material to correct locations safely, ensuring right part, right place, right time.
• Order, pick, kit, receive, load, unload, and put away material.
• Document material movement and transactions using Caterpillar systems.
• Identify and report material movement problems and propose solutions.
• Support material handling initiatives and daily activities.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and facility expectations.
