Required Skill: MES with Apriso experience (must-have)

Role: As an MES specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) functional and technical solutions during deployment for a large industrial client. Must-have technical experience in OT (Automation Layer) i.e., ISA 95 Level 2 (PLC, SCADA, and OPC).

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design workshops to gather and understand client needs, and write functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and the standard operation of the APRISO solution.
• Make implementation decisions for the solution.
• Manage and contribute to the realization of the solution.
• Document all activities.
• Organize and oversee acceptance phases.
• Secure and manage integration phases and deliveries.
• Communicate directly with clients during workshops.
• Ensure the convergence of client needs with the OT solution's standard operation.

Required profile:

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in MES and manufacturing domain.
• Experience with Apriso versions 2016-2021.
• Good knowledge of dotnet.
• At least 3-5 years in solution design/architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Process Builder, Machine Integration, and Business Integration.
• Participation in 2-3 end-to-end MES and OT implementations in Apriso and OT.
• Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
• Experience with OPC UA Kepware, Ignition, etc.
• Significant experience in deploying OT solutions.
• Aim to bring disciplined design processes for major changes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Provide architectural leadership and support delivery teams.
• Create solution architectures balancing project needs and enterprise architecture.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Deep experience with MES/MOM solutions, especially APRISO/OT.
• Knowledge of industrial fields like production organization and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
