Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Experience in fitness/health environment with hands-on client training.
• Must have fitness certification.
• Excellent communication and empathy to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients.
• Lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants.
• Motivate and encourage clients during sessions.
• Build and retain StretchLab memberships.
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques.
