Job summary

StretchLab is hiring Flexologists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead small group sessions in Canton, Connecticut. You will motivate clients, help grow memberships, ensure safety, and participate in ongoing staff trainings.

Ideal candidates have a passion for boutique fitness, relevant certifications, and excellent communication skills. The role includes a 3-day Flexologist Training program with both online and in-person components, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness; passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Fitness certification required.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Excellent communication and empathy when working with clients.
• Must complete 3-day Flexologist Training: 20 hours online + 3 days in-person.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions.
• Build and retain StretchLab memberships.
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Address member concerns and provide solutions.
• Assist with studio tours and sales.
• Maintain a strong social media presence.
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained.
