StretchLab is seeking Flexologists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes at our studio near Carlsbad/Encinitas. You will motivate clients, help them progress toward goals, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training.
• Fitness certification required.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and people skills.
• Professional work ethic; reliable and attendance policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Lead guided group stretching classes for clients.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele through outreach to leads.
• Manage client care by updating notes and booking weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety with proper stretch techniques and policy adherence.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales.
• Maintain social media presence to support membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.
