Ample Labels, a Resource Label Group company, is seeking a skilled flexographic press operator to take full ownership of production. You will set up, run, and troubleshoot presses for high-quality labels in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, be adept at color matching, adjustments, and resolving issues under pressure. Strong attendance and reliability are essential as you mentor team members and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of flexographic press operating experience.
• Ability to run complex jobs independently from setup to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Expertise in color matching and press adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot flexographic presses for high-quality label production.
• Perform make-readies, changesovers, and adjustments while maintaining registration and color.
• Identify and resolve press, material, or quality issues with decisive action.
• Own press performance, quality, waste, and safety, and maintain clean workspace.
• Record production data and communicate issues to management.
• Mentor press assistants and collaborate to drive production success.
