Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor a flexographic printing press to produce labels meeting specs.
• Prepare materials, inks, plates, dies, and equipment for efficient job changeovers.
• Inspect labels for quality, color accuracy, registration and consistency.
• Enter production data and track materials using LabelTrax and other systems.
• Troubleshoot basic press issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Move completed label rolls to finishing, keep equipment clean and work areas safe.
• Follow safety and quality procedures to meet productivity and production goals.
