Job summary

BayTech Label, a subsidiary of Online Labels Group, is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to run a multi-color printing press and produce high-quality labels in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure output matches proofs, follow quality procedures, and maintain press maintenance and safety standards.

The role requires 1+ year of flexographic experience, on-site work in Saint Petersburg, FL, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Flexographic Printing experience.
• Ability to operate a flexographic printing press.
• Familiarity with color proofs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing.
• Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards.
• Follow established quality management system procedures.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Adhere to all established safety practices.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
