Nosco is seeking a Flexographic Press Assistant for the 3rd shift at the Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. The role supports production by expediting workflows, setting up components, and assisting press operators to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical printing industry is preferred.
• Able to use a PC and machine interface to gather and enter job related data in a CGMP environment.
• Participates in good communication with shift personnel. Follows direction for task assignments and remains attentive to changing requirements in a highly productive environment.
• Able to work overtime to meet internal and customer commitments, some weekends.
• Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised to increase overall productivity.
• Physical requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Long periods of concentration.
• Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
