Job summary

Resource Label Group seeks an energetic Flexo Press Support teammate to help run high-speed, multi-color flexo presses for shrink sleeves and pressure-sensitive labels. No prior printing experience is required; we provide hands-on training to build a skilled manufacturing career.

This fast-paced shop floor role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and a strong work ethic, with standing and movement required throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related manufacturing experience/training.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred; printing/packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to read rulers, tape measures, scales, and other precision tools; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount photopolymer plates using mounting equipment and prepare dies for quick changeovers.
• Load/unload large substrate rolls and assist with roll splices to minimize downtime.
• Monitor ink pans and pumps across up to 10 stations; perform quick ink changes during job changes.
