Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is seeking a Flexo Press Operator to set up and operate a printing press for labels and related products. The role includes onsite training and opportunities for skill advancement within the printing industry, with strong growth potential across the organization.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years flexographic narrow web press experience, the ability to read job orders, load dies, and mix inks, plus the stamina to stand and move between machines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong reading of job orders and operation of flexographic press.
• Minimum 5 years flexographic narrow web press experience preferred.
• Ability to read rulers, scales and other measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Read job order and load dies into press; install print cylinder on shaft.
• Load ink pans, screens and pumps with prescribed inks.
• Start press and adjust speed and alignment of stock to print cylinder.
• Engage print cylinders; adjust impression and run approval strip.
