Job summary

IQ Resource Group–Green Bay is seeking motivated individuals for the Flexographic Press Operator role, with training provided if needed. You will set up and operate a flexographic press, focusing on meeting product specifications, safety, and minimizing waste while working with a team to ensure materials are stocked for efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong time management and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Two or more years in printing preferred; flexographic experience a plus, will consider wide web or offset experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up a flexographic press (10 color 13” waterbase and/or 8 color 17” full UV).
• Ensure product quality, safety, and minimize material waste.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to stock materials and optimize press operations.
• Lead or contribute to innovative efforts to develop new products for customers.
