Flexo Press Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Join our team! We have immediate openings for skilled Flexo Press Operators. Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM and 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities: As a Flexo Press Operator, you will:

• Successfully operate multiple presses, executing precise setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining production standards.
• Perform two-color set-ups on assigned presses, including cylinder preparation, plate mounting, ink fountain and roller adjustments, and processing set-ups.
• Conduct thorough inspections of cylinders, plates, and tooling/parts before and during production runs.
• Review and interpret work orders, job specifications, and customer requirements.
• Operate assigned printing press, ensuring adherence to production schedules and minimizing downtime.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of printing press operation experience.
• Experience operating flexographic machinery.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push, pull, and turn 150 lbs. with lift aids.
• Ability to maneuver up to 1584 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Ability to continuously stand, stoop, and bend.
• Basic PC skills for production reporting.
