The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for manufacturing printed labels, monitoring quality, and maintaining press conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete make-ready processes according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks, including visual and functional assessments.
• Operate press to meet customer specifications, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent quality during production, including color, registration, and ink adhesion.
• Complete all procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as per standards.
• Conduct press maintenance and cleaning.
• Record material usage and production time accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience or training as a printing press operator.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
