MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Flexo Press Operator in Dallas, TX. This is a direct-hire position with the following details:

Shift Information:

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Preferred: at least 1 year of flexographic printing press experience

General Requirements:

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to read measurement devices

Essential Functions:

• Read job orders and load dies
• Install and align print cylinders
• Fill ink pans and pumps
• Start and adjust the press
• Inspect prints and make adjustments
• Perform maintenance and clean equipment
• Mix inks and maintain organized workspace
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity including color and depth perception
