Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a production/printing technician in Missouri for 1st or 2nd shift. You will read job orders, set up flexo printing equipment, and monitor color quality to ensure high standards.

Responsibilities include changeovers, basic machine adjustments, cleaning, troubleshooting paper bag assembly, and safety training such as lockout/tagout. Requires HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of printing experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years Flexo or printing experience (Print/Fold/Glue machines)
• Technical education and certifications a plus
• PTO accrual up to 2 weeks at end of first year
• 7 paid holidays

1st shift: 4:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Thurs/$25-$32hr, BOE

2nd shift: 2:30am-1:00 am, Mon-Thurs/$25-$32hr, BOE + 10% Premium shift differential

Mandatory OT 2x's a month

What You'll Do

• Read job orders and set up machine to specific requirements
• Checks and monitors printing quality, ability to differentiate color variations for exceptional quality control and product inspection responsibilities
• Performs change overs, basic adjustments and cleaning of machinery
• Understand and troubleshoot paper bag assembly
• Lock out Tag out operator training

What Youll Need

• HS diploma or GED
• 1-2 years Flexo experience and/or printing experience-Print/Fold/Glue machines (any combination)
• Technical education and certifications a plus
• PTO accrual-up to 2 wks at the end of the first year
