Position: Flexo Press Operator

Location: Tampa, FL

Your Responsibilities:

1. Follow detailed job instructions accurately and promptly address any errors.
2. Set up and adjust presses to meet specifications.
3. Monitor product quality and correct issues during production.
4. Oversee equipment operation and refer mechanical issues to maintenance.
5. Start up and run jobs according to schedule.
6. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
7. Maintain standards for output, waste, and spoilage.
8. Follow safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized.
9. Accurately complete logs and paperwork.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift — Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Minimum Requirements:

1. Mechanical and technical aptitude.
2. Basic math skills, including reading rulers and calculating dimensions.
3. Ability to operate equipment proficiently.
4. Understanding of verbal and written instructions.
5. Professional communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.

Position Requirements:

1. Effective communication of information and ideas.
2. Ability to remain stationary and operate machinery.
3. Ability to move and handle products up to 25+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Color discrimination ability.
2. Experience in a production environment.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
