Now Hiring: Flexo/Extrusion Maintenance Technician

Pleasant Prairie, WI | $28.87–$31.82/hr + Differentials | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Flexo Finders is partnering with a rapidly growing printing & converting company in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in extrusion, flexo, converting, corrugated, or offset printing equipment.

Schedule:
• 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
• 2-2-3 rotation
• +$2/hr night shift differential | +$1.50/hr weekend differential

What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot and repair printing & extrusion equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Execute preventive maintenance plans
• Track tasks using CMMS software
• Train operators on basic upkeep
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, B&R)
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Experience with extrusion, flexo, or plastic converting
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
