Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Under supervision, you will administer therapeutic modalities, exercises and procedures, and assist with medical records and department upkeep.

Shifts are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Requirements include PTA program graduate, PTA license in the state, BLS within 90 days, and prior therapy experience preferred. Join a caring, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of PTA program required.
• PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with therapy preferred.
• Knowledge or background in Allied Health field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises and procedures.
• Assist with medical records and upkeep of department appearance and equipment.
• Provide support to improve department functioning and efficiency.
