Job summary

Reflect Neuropsychology in Calabasas, CA is seeking a California-licensed pediatric neuropsychologist to join our growing private practice on a part-time, contract basis. Offer includes flexible weekend scheduling, approximately 2–3 private-pay cases per month, a professional office space with administrative support, and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, report writing, feedback to families, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with Pediatric Neuropsychology specialization.
• Valid licensure as a psychologist in California.
• Post-residency experience with pediatric neuropsychology assessment and intervention.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, TBI, or related pediatric conditions.
• Strong report writing and clear communication for families and teams.
• Hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pediatric neuropsychological assessments and cognitive testing.
• Develop reports documenting findings, diagnoses, and recommendations in HIPAA-compliant format.
• Conduct intake interviews with families to gather history and establish rapport.
• Provide psychotherapy and mental health counseling for children and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and families on treatment plans.
• Offer consultations for complex forensic or neurocritical cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
