Job summary

Nokian Tyres is hiring a Driver Non CDL-Warehouse Flex Associate in Guilderland Center, NY for a full-time on-site role supporting warehouse operations, loading and unloading, and order fulfillment.

You will operate forklifts, verify incoming/outgoing goods, update logistics systems, and maintain accurate stock. Must have a valid US driver's license, pass background checks and drug screening; High School diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years logistics experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in logistics/warehouse storage preferred.
• Lean / process improvement tools experience and/or interest.

Responsibilities

• Operates logistics equipment safely and in accordance with specifications, schedules, safety targets, and quality standards.
• Receives incoming goods, checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Picks orders, packs, receives and dispatches outgoing goods according to orders.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks, lifting products up to 85 lbs.
• Organizes warehouse stock by product SKU and space for forklift maneuverability.
• Verifies incoming/outgoing products for accuracy in amount, size, and type.
