Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a logistics/warehouse environment preferred.
• Lean/process improvement tools experience or interest is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and other assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operates logistics equipment safely and in accordance with specifications and safety targets.
• Receives incoming goods, checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Picks, packs, receives, and dispatches outgoing goods per orders.
• Loads/unloads delivery trucks; capable of lifting up to 85 lbs.
• Organizes warehouse stock by product skew and space for forklift movement.
• Assists in inventory counts and communicates shortages.
