Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Flex Worker (PRN) in La Vergne, TN. Work a min. one day per week with shifts up to 29 hrs/week, Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm or until task complete, plus additional hours as available.

You will handle order picking, packing, and shipping in a temperature-controlled warehouse, with training provided on day one. Prior experience not required; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment; training provided on day one.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes.

Responsibilities

• Work in temperature-controlled area 36–42°F for up to 8 hours or longer.
• Follow established process to fulfill orders, pick items, QC, pack, and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment per duty.
