Job summary

Mandolin HVAC and Construction LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

You will handle stocking, packing, staging, and transporting parts to technicians and job sites, while maintaining safe, organized work areas and complying with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, stock shelves, and conduct regular counts using warehouse management software.
• Pack and stage parts, materials and equipment for technicians and installers.
• Transport parts to job sites or load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Perform minor upkeep on shop tools, vehicles and recovery cylinders.
• Maintain a hazard free workspace and comply with safety guidelines like OSHA and material safety data sheet standards.
