Job summary

Temperature Systems, Inc. (TSI) is hiring for a flexible, Monday–Friday role from 9 am to 6 pm focusing on customer service, warehouse upkeep, and accurate record-keeping in our Madison facility.

You will stock shelves, pick orders, load trucks (manual and forklift), package for UPS, and assist with receiving and cycle counts to support inventory accuracy. Occasional local deliveries may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external people.
• Maintain good housekeeping in cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles, trailers, and warehouse.
• Stock shelves, select orders and load trucks manually and by forklift.
• Package and ship items for UPS.
• Act as backup for receiving and work with sales to perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team-oriented attitude with and between departments and end users.
• Ensures timely, accurate, proper records, files, databases, etc. are developed and maintained for assigned areas of responsibility.
