Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing/home care experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently with reliable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care.
• Perform complex wound care and ostomy care.
• Administer enteral feeding and manage feeding tubes.
• Assist with injections and medication administration.
• Support hospice and end-of-life care.
• Manage drains and medical devices.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care on each visit.
