Capital City Nurses in Maryland is seeking skilled LPNs and RNs for in-home care with a flexible, visit-based schedule. Join a client-driven team delivering high-quality, compassionate care and supporting aging adults in their homes.

You'll provide tracheostomy and wound care, enteral feeding management, ostomy care, drains and devices, injections, hospice support, and thorough documentation as part of a trusted clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland License in good standing (LPN or RN).
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent working ability.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Tracheostomy care.
• Complex wound care.
• Enteral feeding (G-tubes and feeding tubes).
• Ostomy care.
• Managing drains and medical devices.
• Injections and medication administration.
• Hospice and end-of-life care.
