Open Door Urgent Care in Muncie, IN is seeking medical providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) to join our team with flexible scheduling: FT, PT, or PRN. Weekend shifts are required and shifts typically 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Indiana.
• Federal DEA certification and Indiana CSR.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• MD/DO/NP/PA degree from an accredited school.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with certification.
• Indiana State PA License and NCCPA certification.
