Qualifications

• Experience at the junior level in a temporary nursing role.
• Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable.

• Ability to translate clinical jargon into plain English.
• PALS Certification or ability to obtain it on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Translate the care plan into daily tasks the nursing team can execute on a temporary schedule.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
• Carry the calmly-fast-moving caseload Savills reserves for its most seasoned junior clinicians.
• Anticipate the surgeon's next instrument during PALS Certification cases, tray laid out in order of use.
• Hold the line on hand hygiene and isolation precautions even when the unit runs hot.
• Keep the junior provider one step ahead by flagging pending results before they're asked for.
