North Texas Float Pool is seeking a Surg Tech to support partner hospitals and surgical centers across North Texas. You will prepare operating rooms, manage instruments and sterile fields, and assist surgeons and RNs during procedures.

You’ll uphold patient safety through aseptic technique, accurate counts, and clear communication, while enjoying schedule flexibility, teamwork, and ongoing clinical development within a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
