Job summary

North Texas Float Pool seeks a skilled Surg Tech to support partner hospitals and surgical centers across North Texas. In this float role, you will prepare operating rooms, manage instruments and sterile fields, and assist surgeons and RNs during a variety of procedures.

You’ll ensure patient and staff safety through rigorous aseptic technique, accurate counts, and clear communication, while gaining exposure to diverse surgical cases and a collaborative, patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must maintain sterile technique and accurate instrument accounting.
• Strong communication with surgical teams.
• Ability to work across multiple facilities in a float role.
