• Background check for the State Department of Education (fingerprint etc.).
• Current Substitute License or Authorization, if available in your state.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
