Job summary

Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team in the Miami area. You will work in diverse school environments, delivering prepared lesson plans and maintaining a positive classroom climate.

Responsibilities include adapting to various grade levels, managing behavior, and communicating with students, staff, and parents as required. Training and background checks are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have 30+ college credit hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide three professional references.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Background checks will be required per district policy and state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher to ensure continuity in education.
• Adapt to different classrooms and grade levels while maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and promote a safe, respectful atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Follow school district policies and procedures.
